1. Promotion Overview

 

The “Fuel for a Year” promotion (the “Contest”) is offered at participating Gen7 locations. One (1) winner will be selected from each participating Gen7 location.

 

2. Eligibility

The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, and immediate family members of Gen7 and affiliated partners may be excluded.

 

3. Contest Period

The Contest begins and ends on dates specified by Gen7 (the “Contest Period”). Entries submitted outside of this period will not be eligible.

 

4. How to Enter

Participants may enter the Contest through the following methods:

 

Automatic Entry: Receive one (1) entry when you spend $30 or more on fuel in a single transaction using a registered Gen7 Loyalty Card.

 

No Purchase Necessary: Participants may enter without purchase, up to a maximum of two (2) entries per day, by submitting a ballot or by entry form as directed at participating locations.

 

Maximum of two (2) entries per person per day, regardless of method of entry.

 

5. Prize Details

Each winner will receive “Fuel for a Year,” awarded in the form of loyalty manually added to the customers’ loyalty card (determined and agreed upon at the time of contract signing) each month. (e.g., fuel vouchers, gift cards, or account credits). The approximate retail value and structure of the prize will be defined by Gen7.

 

Prizes must be accepted as awarded.

 

Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

 

Winnings cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers.

 

Prizes may only be redeemed at participating Gen7 locations.

 

6. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) winner per participating Gen7 location will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries.

 

Selected winners will be contacted using the information provided at entry. If a selected entrant does not respond within 5 business days of notification, they will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected.

 

7. General Conditions

Gen7 reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest at any time without prior notice for any reason, including fraud, technical issues, or any other factor that interferes with the proper conduct of the Contest.

 

By entering, participants agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions and the decisions of Gen7, which are final.

 

8. Privacy

Personal information collected for this Contest will be used solely for the purpose of administering the promotion and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
